Ingredients

½ lb. ground beef

½ small yellow onion, chopped

1 pouch Le Sauce & Co. Roasted Poblano & Garlic gourmet finishing sauce

¼ tsp garlic powder
-
¼ tsp cumin
-
¼ tsp dried oregano
-
¼ tsp smoked paprika
-
Salt & pepper to taste

4 oz can green chilis
-
1 cup cheddar jack cheese, divided

5 medium tortillas
-
Fixings for serving (tomato, sour cream, avocado, cilantro, hot sauce)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion until the beef is cooked through.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan heat the Roasted Poblano & Garlic sauce over low heat until warmed through.

Add the meat, add in the garlic powder, cumin, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

Stir in the green chilis, ½ cup of the shredded cheese, and 1 tablespoon of the poblano sauce.

Add a very small amount of the poblano sauce to the bottom of a square baking dish.

Divide the beef mixture evenly onto the tortillas, roll tightly and place into the baking dish.

Pour remaining sauce over the top, and sprinkle with remaining ½ cup of cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes.

Serve with fixings and a side of rice, enjoy!
