I didn’t have time to make my own sauce so I opened up a jar of Classic Green Peppercorn Le Sauce. Our company thought it was absolutely fantastic and kept complementing the sauce ( because went great with the roasted potatoes, asparagus as well as the beef. The Poblano sauce is great on anything, even fish. We also use the sauces on our vegetables as it really dresses them up. All four of the sauces are very versatile -- I keep all of them on hand to create delicious, easy dinners. read less

At first, I just tasted the coconut, but as I continued to eat the heat came in as a nice backend finish. It was excellent, lots of flavor, just the right heat, and very easy to use. I wanted to eat more but stopped myself from overeating. I'll definitely try some of the other flavors. read less
