Note: This is not an Au Poive or Black Pepper sauce, which is heavy pepper and cream. This sauce is great with steak and everything on the plate including vegetables. You will want to mop up every last bit with the last piece of crusty bread you have saved on the side of your plate. Great with steak or really just about anything.
