Coconut Thai Red Curry
A flavor bomb just went off in your mouth yet it does not overpower the food it accompanies. This sauce has some heat as you would expect from a red curry but not so much that you need a glass of milk to cool off your tongue.

The plate comes together nicely on something like shrimp, vegetables and a basmati rice. It also wakes up chicken or pork beautifully and brings a plate together perfectly.
