Pan Seared Scallops Appetizer (Roasted Poblano & Garlic)

Ingredients:
- Scallops: 4: U10 or U8 size (U10 is a size indicator and is larger than average)
- Butter: 2 T
- Salt & Pepper
HOW (step by step):
- Rinse Scallops in cold water and dry with paper towels
- Season scallops on both sides with just a pinch of salt & pepper
- Heat fry pan or cast iron skillet to high
- Turn on overheat vent
- Warm Roasted Poblano & Garlic finishing sauce by Le Sauce & Co in a small pan
- Add 2T butter to pan and coat the spots where you will place scallops
- Add Scallops one by one not crowding the pan. Cook 2 minutes
- Flip scallops & cook 2 minutes
- DONE
- Plate: add 1 scallop to 4 small plates, drizzle Roasted Poblano & Garlic finishing sauce to each
- Enjoy.
