Thai Red Curry Shrimp & Noodles

  • Pasta (1/2 lb)
  • Sweet or Hot Red Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Shrimp
  • Le Sauce & Co. Thai Red Curry finishing sauce
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil
  2. Salt (season) the water
  3. Add Pasta to water and set the timer for 9 minutes
  4. In a skillet, add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and pre-heat on medium heat
  5. Slice Red Pepper (about ½ )
  6. Season shrimp with just a little black pepper & a pinch of salt
  7. Add sliced red pepper to skillet and sauté for 2 minutes
  8. Add shrimp to skillet, leaving peppers in the pan and sauté for 1 min each side
  9. Add ½ bottle of Le Sauce & Co. Thai Red Curry finishing sauce
  10. When the timer goes off, add pasta to skillet and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
