Thai Red Curry Stir Fry

  • Rice: 1 cup
  • Your favorite veggies.
    • For the dish shown we used:
      • Sugar Snap peas: ¼ lb
      • Onion: ½ small yellow
      • Red & Yellow Pepper: ½ of each
      • Purple Cabbage: one handful
    • Olive oil or sesame oil if you have it: 2 tablespoons
    • Sesame Seeds: Optional
    • Shrimp: 12 pealed and deveined
    • Le Sauce & Co. Thai Red Curry finishing sauce: About ½ bottle
  1. Rice: about 20 min.  Follow the recipe on the package
  2. Chop all Veggies to bite size
  3. When rice is 3/4 done, start the stir fry. This part will only take 5 minutes
  4. In a skillet, add oil and place on medium heat
  5. Season Shrimp with just a pinch of salt & pepper
  6. Add veggies to pan and season with salt & pepper
  7. Turn heat to high and sauté veggies for about 3 minutes
  8. Add shrimp and continue to sauté for another 3 minutes
  9. Add sesame seeds (optional)
  10. Turn off heat
  11. Heat Thai Red Curry finishing sauce in micro or on the stovetop
  12. Add rice to the plate first then pile on the veggies, shrimp and finish with Thai Red Curry sauce over everything
  13. Enjoy!
