White Wine & Lemon Pasta with Shrimp and Peas

Ingredients:
- Pasta
- 10 shrimp
- Bacon: 2 pieces
- Mushrooms: 5
- Frozen Peas. 1/2 cup or one big handful
- White Wine Lemon Garlic finishing sauce by Le Sauce & Co
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Optional: fresh Italian parsley
HOW: (step by step):
- Boil water for pasta (5 min)
- Season shrimp with a pinch of salt & pepper
- Cut bacon into small pieces
- Slice mushrooms
- In a fry pan or sauté pan, add abut a tablespoon of olive oil, set to medium heat
- Add bacon cook for 3 minutes stirring a few times
- Add mushrooms to pan with bacon and sauté 5 minutes
- When water is boiling add pasta and set your timer for 9 minutes unless you are using fresh pasta which cooks much faster
- Wait 5 min
- Add shrimp to pan and set cook top to low. Cook for 1 minute each side
- Timer just went off
- Add drained pasta to pan
- Pour sauce over everything in pan & stir
- Simmer on medium for one minute
- Plate & enjoy
- If you opted for fresh Italian parsley, chop & add on top of each plate
