White Wine & Lemon Pasta with Shrimp and Peas

  • 10 shrimp
  • Bacon: 2 pieces
  • Mushrooms: 5
  • Frozen Peas. 1/2 cup or one big handful
  • White Wine Lemon Garlic finishing sauce by Le Sauce & Co
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Optional: fresh Italian parsley

HOW: (step by step):
  • Boil water for pasta (5 min)
  • Season shrimp with a pinch of salt & pepper
  • Cut bacon into small pieces
  • Slice mushrooms
  • In a fry pan or sauté pan, add abut a tablespoon of olive oil, set to medium heat
  • Add bacon cook for 3 minutes stirring a few times
  • Add mushrooms to pan with bacon and sauté 5 minutes
  • When water is boiling add pasta and set your timer for 9 minutes unless you are using fresh pasta which cooks much faster
  • Wait 5 min
  • Add shrimp to pan and set cook top to low. Cook for 1 minute each side
  • Timer just went off
  • Add drained pasta to pan
  • Pour sauce over everything in pan & stir
  • Simmer on medium for one minute
  • Plate & enjoy
  • If you opted for fresh Italian parsley, chop & add on top of each plate
