1 pouch Le Sauce & Co.® Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto gourmet pasta sauce

6 ounces of Orecchiette noodles

12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of olive oil
-
Red pepper flakes for a touch of heat (optional)
Directions
Cook the Orecchiette:Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Orecchiette noodles and cook them according to the package instructions until they are al dente (usually about 9-11 minutes).
Prepare the Shrimp: While the pasta is cooking, in a skillet, add the olive oil and shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
Combine the Ingredients: Once the pasta is done cooking, strain and add it to the large skillet with the shrimp and add the pasta sauce. Gently toss all the ingredients together until the pasta, sauce, and shrimp are well mixed.Add your chopped basil on top.
Serve and Garnish: Divide the Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Pasta with Shrimp and Basil into two plates.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each serving.
