What is Le Sauce all about?

Le Sauce is a company that is all about helping you make dinner delicious, fast. The way that we do this is by offering all natural gourmet gravies, sauces and spices, and the reason we do this is to help you have a delicious dinner fast. This has not been the easiest journey by any means, but it has been the most rewarding thing that we ever could’ve embarked on. Running a sauce company and a gourmet one at that, and a real food ingredient one even more so is incredibly difficult not just because of our choices on ingredients and standards but also because of how difficult it is to run a business at all in this day and age. Le Sauce is focused on helping people eat really good food in not a lot of time. As long as you have a delicious meal and you feel like you’re about to dig into something that’s really good and you’re not just exhausted then we have done what we set out to do and what we wanted to accomplish.

Le Sauce & Co. is a family company and business. We are both owned and operated by the Kirl, Rettinger and Marraro families. It’s Kyle and Lori Kirl and their daughters Kari and Maya, and their husbands, and we all work as a team to keep Le Sauce running and operating as best as we can. Even though not everybody is working Le Sauce on a day-to-day basis and it’s not everybody’s full-time jobs, it is still something that permeates into everything that we do as a family. We talk about it all the time. We are all board members and we do consult one another when we make decisions. We consult one another for design choices. We consult one another for opinions on marketing activities for opinions on budgets, everything and anything. Even though not everybody’s trained in every specific role, we all do work together and we have the best time working together. One of the bestest things that we could have ever had is having our family business bringing us all closer together.

Le Sauce is all about the Dinner Table

The dinner table is where a lot of memories are made and it doesn’t have to be a family dinner or with a bunch of your friends. It could just be a dinner with you, yourself and you. Enjoying a nice delicious meal is special after a long day at work or a short day at work or no day of work at all and it’s just the weekend. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you are, or how you are; all that matters is that you are sitting down to the dinner table with a delicious meal in front of you and what happens next is because of that delicious dinner in front of you. Whenever people have a really delicious dinner that they enjoy, a lot of times people tend to sit and linger at the dinner table. This is called the Sobremesa, and it is a scientific fact that when you are in good company and you have good food, you’re going to linger at the dinner table because you are enjoying the moments so much that you don’t want to get up and leave because you’re having such a great time enjoying the food and the company and long after you have finished the meal you are still at the table and nobody has gotten up or touched the dishes or even tried to because these moments are sacred. The moments after you finish dinner and you’ve all chosen to stay at the dinner table and hang out is so sacred and important because this is pure quality time together and quality time together is so important as human beings with your friends or your family or people that you’re getting to know or complete strangers. Quality time is so incredibly important because quality time is where you get to shine as a person and you feel comfortable to just talk and hang out and be who you are and not have to worry about anything because you were just so immersed in the occasion of having a good time and enjoying yourself

Le Sauce is about Good Food

Not only are we about good food but we are also about real food, and it is so important to us that we use real food ingredients. We do not compromise on ingredient standards or integrity even if it would save us money and it would be better for us as a company because we would make more money and we would have turned a profit quicker on all of our products. It is so important to us that we use better ingredients and we don’t waste peoples time when we tell them that we’re using real, all natural ingredients because this is so incredibly important to us. We’re not going lie to you because we’re not going to eat something that we make that isn't absolutely delicious and made with real food ingredients. We believe that food is also medicine and the way that we feed our bodies is so important and you can’t fuel your body if you’re not putting really good food inside of it.

Le Sauce is about helping you have a Delicious Dinner and Fast

This part of what we’re all about is incredibly important because this is exactly what we do with our gravy and sauces and spices and blends. We want you to be able to just season, cook and then sauce it or gravy it and have such a good meal without having spent 45 minutes chopping, sautéing, cooking, reducing, boiling or anything. The whole point is that you’re taking simple ingredients and you’re making it into something that would cost you $25 or $30 at a regular nice restaurant but it actually only cost you a couple dollars and you’re eating it in the comfort of your own home. You might be wearing sweatpants or pajamas, but it doesn’t matter because what matters is that you’ve had a good dinner and it was fast and you’re saving money.

Le Sauce is about our Faith

We would be remiss if we didn’t mention that our faith in Jesus is at the forefront of everything that we do, and everything that we do we want is to glorify God. We want to make choices that glorify God and we’re not going to make choice that goes against what our faith standards and faith principles are, even if it is easier. We have had to make hard decisions to stay true to our faith and our beliefs. I believe that is a testament to how hard we are working to make sure that we have high standards and we follow our faith in making decisions and we are grateful every single day that the Lord has decided to bless our business and keep us in business and running.
