Savory Provencal Bolognese Fettuccine
We love a traditional Bolognese Fettuccine, but who has the time? Our simple and faster version of a classic Bolognese dish with fettuccine using our Savory Provencal gourmet pasta sauce is fully delicious. - 6 ounces (170g) fettuccine pasta
- 1/2 pound (225g) ground beef or bison.
- 1 pouch Le Sauce & Co. Savory Provencal pasta sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
- Fill a large pot with water and a pinch of salt and put over medium heat to boil.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles with a spatula.
- Pour the entire pouch of savory Provencal pasta sauce into the skillet, stirring to combine. Let it simmer covered for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Add in the fettuccine to the pot of boiling water to cook according the the package instructions, about 12 minutes
- Once the fettuccine is done cooking, drain and add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing it in the Savory Provencal Bolognese mixture until the pasta is well-coated.
- Plate the Bolognese Fettuccine onto two dishes. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley for a touch of herbal freshness.
