Creamy Roasted Poblano & Garlic Pasta


  • 1 Pouch Le Sauce & Co.® Roasted Poblano & Garlic Gourmet Finishing Sauce

  • 1 handful Cherry Tomatoes (5-6 total)

  • 2 tbsp chopped Cilantro

  • 1 cup(4 oz) uncooked pasta

  •  Pinch of salt


  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Drop in a pinch of salt and stir until dissolved

  2. Once the water is boiling, pour in your pasta nad set a timer

  3. While your pasta is cooking, grab your cherry tomatoes and cilantro

  4. Halve your cherry tomatoes and chop up your cilantro

  5. Once your pasta is done cooking, drain your pot and put the pasta back in and turn on the burner to low

  6. Tear open your Le Sauce Roasted Poblano & Garlic and pour it into the pot and toss with the pasta for 2-3 minutes

  7. Grab your plate and pasta and garnish with cherry tomatoes and cilantro as desired

  8. Enjoy!
