Ingredients

1 pouch Le Sauce & Co.® Roasted Poblano & Garlic Gourmet Finishing Sauce
- 4 oz macaroni noodles

1 tbsp Kosher salt
-
1/2 cup grated Mozzarella
-
1/2 cup grated Jack cheese (or any white melting cheese)

6 oz can of crab, drained
-
1/2 cup milk or reserved pasta water

fresh cracked black pepper
Directions
Bring a medium pot of water to a boil, season pasta water with Kosher salt.
Cook pasta to al dente according to package directions.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
Drain pasta, and return pot to stovetop over low heat.
Stir in Le Sauce Roasted Poblano & Garlic sauce, cheeses, drained crab.
Stir in milk or water as needed. Stir often until cheese is all melted.
Season with fresh cracked pepper.
