Pesto Salmon with White Wine Lemon Garlic

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 pouch Le Sauce & Co. White Wine Lemon Garlic Gourmet Sauce
  • 2 tbsp pesto (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked wild rice
  • 1 cup fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions

  1. Preheat & Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

  2. Bake the Salmon: Place the salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until flaky and cooked through.
  3. Heat the Sauce: While the salmon is baking, warm the White Wine Lemon Garlic Gourmet Sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
  4. Cook the Green Beans: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the green beans for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Plate: Plate the cooked wild rice and top with the baked salmon. Drizzle with the warm White Wine Lemon Garlic Sauce and spoon pesto over the salmon. Serve with sautéed green beans and lemon wedges.
  6. Enjoy! A gourmet meal made easy with high-quality flavors.
