Ingredients

1 lb pkg gnocchi

1 pkg Le Sauce Savory Garlic & Butter Gourmet Finishing Sauce

1/2 cup frozen peas

1/4 cup roasted red peppers chopped

1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

1 tbsp lemon zest
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Season generously with salt. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Reserve about 1/2 cup of cooking water before draining.

Meanwhile, add Savory Garlic & Butter Le Sauce packet to a skillet over medium-low heat. Stir in peas and chopped roasted red peppers. Gently warm through.

Add cooked, drained gnocchi into the sauce. Stir in grated parmesan and lemon zest. Add gnocchi water if needed to thin out. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh chopped parsley and additional parm if desired.
