Pork Chops with Savory Mushroom Gourmet Gravy

Directions

1. Preheat grill to high
2. Once the grill is heated, add pork chops and cook on both sides for 8 minutes each. If you are adding the cherry tomatoes, this would be the time to add them to the grill and take them off after 2-3 minutes
3. When pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 135 degrees, you can take them off the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes
4. While the pork chops are resting, microwave the Simply Potatoes Mashed Potatoes according to directions
5. Then microwave the Savory Mushroom gourmet gravy for 29 seconds
6. Slice the pork chops or add to plate whole with the mashed potatoes and drizzle on the savory mushroom gourmet gravy
