Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces (170g) your favorite pasta (penne, rigatoni, or fusilli work well)
  • 1 cups cauliflower florets

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
