White Wine Lemon Garlic Pasta with Scallops


  • 1 package White Wine Lemon Garlic Gourmet Finishing Sauce
  • 6 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 8 large scallops
  • 4 oz mushrooms
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 sprigs of thyme
  • Salt & Pepper

Optional Extra Deliciousness:

  • 2 slices of warm bread


  • Add a pot of water on the stove to boil
  • While you are waiting for the water to boil, prepare the scallops. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium-high. Pat the scallops dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Add the pasta to the boiling water
  • Once the skillet is heated, add the mushrooms to cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Remove mushrooms and then add the scallops to cook for 2 minutes
  • Flip them over and cook for 1 more minute
  • Remove scallops from the skillet
  • Once the pasta is done, strain and add back into the pot and turn heat on low.
  • Open your package of White Wine Lemon Garlic and add into the pasta pot, stir to mix well
  • Add the pasta to your plates, add mushrooms and scallops, lemon wedge and thyme
  • Serve and Enjoy!
