Ingredients:
- 1 package Le Sauce & Co.® White Wine Lemon Garlic Gourmet Finishing Sauce
- 6 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 8 large scallops
- 4 oz mushrooms
- 1 lemon
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- Salt & Pepper
Optional Extra Deliciousness:
- 2 slices of warm bread
Directions:
- Add a pot of water on the stove to boil
- While you are waiting for the water to boil, prepare the scallops. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium-high. Pat the scallops dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Add the pasta to the boiling water
- Once the skillet is heated, add the mushrooms to cook for 3-4 minutes
- Remove mushrooms and then add the scallops to cook for 2 minutes
- Flip them over and cook for 1 more minute
- Remove scallops from the skillet
- Once the pasta is done, strain and add back into the pot and turn heat on low.
- Open your package of White Wine Lemon Garlic and add into the pasta pot, stir to mix well
- Add the pasta to your plates, add mushrooms and scallops, lemon wedge and thyme
- Serve and Enjoy!
