Ingredients: 1 package Le Sauce & Co.® White Wine Lemon Garlic Gourmet Finishing Sauce 6 oz Fettuccine pasta 8 large scallops 4 oz mushrooms 1 lemon 4 sprigs of thyme Salt & Pepper Optional Extra Deliciousness: 2 slices of warm bread Directions: Add a pot of water on the stove to boil While you are waiting for the water to boil, prepare the scallops. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium-high. Pat the scallops dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Add the pasta to the boiling water Once the skillet is heated, add the mushrooms to cook for 3-4 minutes Remove mushrooms and then add the scallops to cook for 2 minutes Flip them over and cook for 1 more minute Remove scallops from the skillet Once the pasta is done, strain and add back into the pot and turn heat on low. Open your package of White Wine Lemon Garlic and add into the pasta pot, stir to mix well Add the pasta to your plates, add mushrooms and scallops, lemon wedge and thyme Serve and Enjoy!
