Week 3 - 30 Days of Delicious Grocery List

Produce

  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 1/4 cup radish slices
  • 1 fresh squeezed lemon
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup baby portobellos
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh basil
  • 4 oz fresh or frozen green peas
  • Fresh steamed green beans for serving

Meats

  • 1/2 lb sirloin cut generously on both sides with salt and pepper
  • 1 - 6 oz can of crab, drained
  • 1 - 8 oz can of Lump Crab Meat
  • 2 beef filet steaks (6-8oz each)

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Jack cheese (or any white melting cheese)
  • 1/2 cup milk or reserved pasta water
