Chicken Fried Steak with Le Sauce & Co. Beefy French Onion Gourmet Gravy 

Ingredients:

  • 4 cube steaks (about 1/2 pound each)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

  • 1 cup buttermilk (or regular milk)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (or more flour for a double-dip method)

  • 1/2 cup olive oil (for frying)

  • 1 pouch Le Sauce & Co. Beefy French Onion Gourmet Gravy

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bread Coatings:

    • In one shallow bowl, mix the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

    • In a second shallow bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and egg.

    • Place the breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl (or additional flour if you prefer a double-dip coating).

  2. Bread the Steaks:

    • Pat the cube steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

    • Dredge each steak in the seasoned flour, making sure to coat both sides thoroughly.

    • Dip the floured steaks into the buttermilk mixture, allowing any excess to drip off.

    • Coat the steaks in the breadcrumbs (or flour again), pressing lightly to adhere.

  3. Fry the Steaks:
