Easy & Delicious Tomato Basil Baked Ziti
There’s something about baked ziti that feels like a warm hug from the oven. Gooey cheese, perfectly baked pasta, and that bubbling, rich tomato sauce—it’s comfort food at its finest. But when you bring Le Sauce & Co.’s Tomato Basil Gourmet Pasta Sauce into the mix, this classic dish transforms into something even more memorable: a baked ziti that’s not just cozy, but incredibly flavorful and elevated without any extra effort.
This isn’t your average red sauce. Le Sauce & Co.’s Tomato Basil is made with slow-simmered tomatoes, fresh basil, and real, honest ingredients—no weird aftertastes, no artificial fillers. It tastes like you made it from scratch, but all you have to do is twist open the jar. It brings that bright, summery tomato flavor and just the right amount of basil to make every bite of ziti sing.
What makes this baked ziti so easy and delicious is the simplicity of the ingredients and the balance of flavors. You’re not reinventing the wheel here. You’re taking a familiar, nostalgic dish and giving it a gourmet upgrade with a sauce that does the heavy lifting. That’s the power of using a high-quality, ready-to-go sauce like Le Sauce & Co.’s Tomato Basil—you get homemade taste without the extra time or mess.
The beauty of this dish is in its layers. Tender pasta holds everything together, but it’s the sauce that brings the flavor. Once it’s mixed with creamy ricotta and blanketed with mozzarella, you’ve got a cheesy, savory masterpiece that hits every note: tangy, creamy, herby, and oh-so satisfying. Pop it in the oven, let the cheese bubble and brown, and you’ve got a meal that tastes like Sunday dinner—even on a Tuesday night.
This is a great go-to when you want something hearty but low-fuss. It’s perfect for meal prepping, feeding a crowd, or just making sure you have leftovers that are actually exciting to eat the next day. Pair it with a crisp salad or some garlic bread, and dinner feels complete without feeling complicated.
Even better, this baked ziti is endlessly customizable. Want to toss in some spinach or roasted veggies? Go for it. Craving some sausage or ground beef? The Tomato Basil Sauce can handle it. But even at its simplest—just pasta, cheese, and sauce—it’s still a standout meal because the sauce is that good.
