There’s something undeniably special about roasting a whole chicken at home. The way the aroma fills the kitchen, the sound of crispy skin crackling in the oven, and the comforting sight of a golden-brown bird emerging, perfectly cooked—it all adds up to a meal that’s both rustic and refined. And when served with Le Sauce & Co.’s Roasted Chicken Gourmet Gravy, that classic roast chicken dinner becomes truly extraordinary.
A whole roasted chicken is one of the most satisfying meals you can make. It’s simple, wholesome, and endlessly versatile. Whether you're feeding your family on a weeknight or hosting friends for Sunday supper, it feels like a celebration without requiring anything fancy. All it takes is a quality bird, a little seasoning, and some time in the oven. The result is juicy meat, crispy skin, and a centerpiece that never fails to impress.
But what really takes this dinner over the top is the gravy.
Le Sauce & Co.’s Roasted Chicken Gourmet Gravy is everything you want in a finishing sauce. Made with real, high-quality ingredients—like roasted chicken stock, butter, and just the right amount of seasoning—it captures the deep, savory flavor of homemade gravy without the hassle of making one from scratch. It’s smooth, rich, and silky, with a depth of flavor that tastes like it simmered on the stove all day.
As the chicken comes out of the oven, you simply heat the gravy on the stovetop by pouring it out of the pouch into a saucepan, give it a quick stir, and pour it generously over each carved piece. The result? Pure comfort.
Each bite of tender chicken, whether it’s breast, thigh, or wing, becomes even more flavorful with the gravy coating it. It brings moisture, umami, and warmth to the dish—tying everything on the plate together in the most delicious way.
This meal pairs beautifully with all the classic sides. Think creamy mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, or a side of buttery green beans. The gravy ties them all together, soaking into every corner of your plate and elevating even the simplest accompaniments. It's also fantastic drizzled over leftover chicken sandwiches the next day—if there's any left!
What makes this dinner even more appealing is how approachable it is. You don’t need advanced cooking skills or hours of prep. Roasting a chicken can be as simple as seasoning it with salt, pepper, and a few herbs, popping it into a hot oven, and letting time do the rest. With Le Sauce & Co. by your side, even the gravy—the part many home cooks find intimidating—is already done for you, with real ingredients and gourmet flavor.
So the next time you're wondering what to make for dinner, go with a timeless classic: whole roasted chicken with gourmet gravy. It’s comforting, crowd-pleasing, and deliciously easy. With Le Sauce & Co., gourmet flavor is just a pour away

While roasting a whole chicken can seem daunting, we break down each and every step to make sure you know exactly what to do. We make it fun and super simple.
Directions
1. Gather all of your ingredients together. The best part about this recipe is that it is a one pan meal as long as you have a pan that is big enough.
2. Grab a large cast iron or stainless steel pan
3. Add carrots to the center of the pan.
4. Next, put the chicken on top of the carrots so that it is balancing on it
5. Then, add the potatoes and onions around the chicken
6. Add the tomatoes spreading them out around the pan and the chicken
7. Salt and pepper the chicken generously, so that you can see some pepper on everything in the pan
8. Cook the chicken for about 1 hour. Check the internal temperature(near the thigh) and make sure its 165 degrees fahrenheit.
9. It’s on to plating! Add everything you would like to your plate. This is also a good time to heat up your chicken gravy in the microwave for 30-35 seconds
10. And then drizzle on the chicken gravy over everything to make it more delicious
11. You now have roasted a whole chicken and made a gourmet meal all in one night. You should be proud of yourself! Please enjoy.
