Roasted Chicken Pierogi

Chicken Pierogi with Roasted Chicken Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen chicken pierogi (or any preferred flavor)

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced (optional)

  • 1 pouch Le Sauce & Co. Roasted Chicken Gourmet Gravy

  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pierogi:

    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

    • Add frozen pierogi and cook according to package directions, usually 4–5 minutes, until they float. Drain and set aside.

  2. Sauté (Optional for Extra Flavor):

    • In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.

    • Add sliced onions (if using) and cook until soft and golden, about 5–7 minutes.

    • Add drained pierogi to the skillet and sauté for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned and crispy.

  3. Warm the Gravy:

    • In a small saucepan, gently heat the Le Sauce & Co. Roasted Chicken Gourmet Gravy over low heat, stirring occasionally until hot.

  4. Serve:

    • Plate the sautéed pierogi and spoon warm chicken gravy generously over the top.

    • Garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired.
