Mole Ground Beef with Guacamole and Roasted Poblano & Garlic

Ingredients

     

    Guacamole:

    • avocado

    • lime juice 

    • pinch of salt

    • garlic and onion powder

    • cilantro

     

    Taco Meat:

    • ground beef

    • 1 pouch Le Sauce & Co. Mole de Puebla Gourmet Finishing Sauce

    • chili powder

    • corn 

     

    To Dust on Top:

    • sweet smoked spanish paprika

    Preparation

    For the Guacamole:

    All you have to do is grab a bowl to mash up the avocado in, add some lime juice, garlic and onion powder. Sprinkle in some cilantro at the end

     

    Taco Meat:

    Cook your ground beef the way you usually cook it. Add in some chili powder, salt and pepper. When it is almost all the way cooked, pour in your Mole de Puebla sauce and corn and let your meat continue cooking until there is no more pink.

     

    When you have finished making and cooking your guacamole and taco meat, you can grab your pouch of Roasted Poblano & Garlic sauce and pour that into a microwave safe bowl and heat it up in the microwave for 30-60 seconds-depending on how hot you like it.

     

    While that is in the microwave, pour your taco meat into a bowl.

     

    Finally, grab that big bag of tortilla chips.

     

    Dust on your sweet smoked spanish paprika to your liking. and Voila! You have a delicious halloween dinner!

     

    TO SERVE:

    You can keep everything in the bowls and treat it like a party where everyone shares, OR you could have everyone make their own plate!
