
Pan-Seared Bison Steak with Roasted Potatoes & Sautéed Onions & Asparagus

Ingredients
- 8 oz ground bison shaped into steak-like patties
- 1 pouch Le Sauce & Co. Savory Mushroom Gourmet Gravy
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- ½ small onion, sliced
- 6–8 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Set the oven to 400°F.
- Toss diced potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the bison steaks with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 3–4 minutes per side (or until desired doneness). Remove from heat and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add butter and sliced onions. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened. Add asparagus and cook for another 3–4 minutes until tender but crisp.
- Heat the Savory Mushroom gourmet gravy in a microwave safe dish for 30-45 seconds
Plate the bison steaks with roasted potatoes and sautéed onions & asparagus, and drizzle with Savory Mushroom Gourmet Gravy.
