
Seasoned White Beans with Italian Sausage and Savory Mushroom Gourmet Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 8 oz mushrooms (cremini or button), sliced
- 1 can white beans (cannellini or great northern), drained and rinsed
- 1 pouch Le Sauce & Co. Savory Mushroom Gourmet Gravy
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley or fresh thyme for garnish
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
- Add Italian sausage. Cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms. Cook for 5–6 minutes until golden and tender. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Return sausage to the skillet with the mushrooms.
- Add the drained white beans and stir to combine.
- Pour in Le Sauce & Co. Savory Mushroom Gourmet Gravy and stir gently.
- Simmer for 5 minutes to heat through and let flavors meld.
- Spoon into bowls and garnish with chopped parsley or fresh thyme if desired.
- Serve with crusty bread or over a bed of rice, polenta, or greens.
