Classic Demi Glace Burger with a Blue Cheese Crumble

Classic Demi Glace Burger with a Blue Cheese Crumble

Ingredients
  • Buns

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 1 Ripe Whole tomato

  • ¼ cup Blue Cheese

  • ¼ cup Red onion

  • ½ cup Arugula

  • ½ lb Force of Nature ground bison

  • 1 pouch Le Sauce & Co.® Classic Demi-Glace Gourmet Finishing Sauce

Preparation

  1. If you’re grilling, Preheat your grill to medium high. If you’re cooking on the stovetop, take out a skillet and heat it up to medium high with a little bit of olive oil on it

  2. Take out your toppings; tomato, blue cheese, red onion, arugula, and Classic Demi Glace

  3. Cut up your red onion and slice it. Then put it on the stovetop to cook. Stir a few times for 3-5 minutes or until your onion is glossy. Then, take them off your pan and put on a plate

  4. Grab your Force of Nature Ground Bison and split into two even sized burgers (You can use half of the entire package if you want a smaller burger)

  5. Salt & Pepper both sides of your bison burgers

  6. Put the meat on the grill or stovetop and let cook for 3-5 minutes

  7. While your burgers are cooking, thinly slice your tomato

  8. Turn over your burger and cook for an additional 2-5 minutes, depending on how you like your meat

  9. Now, take your buns and toast them either on the grill or on another flat pan on the stovetop

  10. Remove your burgers and let them rest on a plate for 5 minutes

  11. While your burgers are resting, it’s time to build your burger.

  12. Take your plates and grab your burger buns.

  13. First put some arugula on the bottom and then place a slice or two of tomato on top.

  14. Then, once the five minutes are up, take your burger and place it gently on top of the tomato

  15. Grab some cooked onion and place it on top of your meat. Crumble some blue cheese on top.

  16. Then, for the final touch, open your package of Classic Demi Glace and drizzle on top of your delicious creation. Take your top bun on place on top.

  17. Enjoy the deliciousness!
