Mole De Puebla Chicken Stir Fry Bowls


  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 8 oz chicken breast or thighs, cubed

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 2 heaping cups of stir fry vegetables of choice

  • 1 pouch Le Sauce Mole De Puebla Gourmet Finishing Sauce

  • Cilantro Lime Rice, for serving


  1. In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over med-high heat.

  2. Stir in cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir fry until cooked through.

  3. Stir in minced garlic and veggies. Cook for 3-4 minutes, and stir in Le Sauce Mole De Puebla sauce until warmed through.

  4. Serve over cilantro lime rice (I use a microwavable pouch).
