Ingredients

1 tbsp oil

8 oz chicken breast or thighs, cubed

Salt & pepper

1 tsp minced garlic

2 heaping cups of stir fry vegetables of choice

1 pouch Le Sauce Mole De Puebla Gourmet Finishing Sauce

Cilantro Lime Rice, for serving
Preparation

In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over med-high heat.

Stir in cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir fry until cooked through.

Stir in minced garlic and veggies. Cook for 3-4 minutes, and stir in Le Sauce Mole De Puebla sauce until warmed through.

Serve over cilantro lime rice (I use a microwavable pouch).
