
Roasted Chicken, Wild Rice and Green Beans with Roasted Chicken Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 small whole chicken (about 2½ to 3 lbs)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup wild rice blend
- 2 cups water or broth
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 pouch Le Sauce & Co. Roasted Chicken Gourmet Gravy
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil, then season all over with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Place in a roasting pan or baking dish and roast for about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F in the thickest part. Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
While the chicken roasts, cook 1 cup wild rice in 2 cups water or broth according to package instructions (usually 40–45 minutes). Fluff with a fork when done.
Place trimmed green beans in a microwave-safe bowl with a splash of water.
- Cover and microwave on high for 3–4 minutes until tender but still crisp. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Plate sliced roasted chicken alongside wild rice and green beans.
- Generously spoon the warm roasted chicken gravy over the top.
