Serves 2 Ingredients: 1 pouch Savory Provencal Gourmet Pasta Sauce ½ lb ground lamb Salt & Pepper 1 tsp olive oil 8 oz Rigatoni pasta ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese Directions: Fill a pot with water and heat to a boil Heat a large skillet to medium high heat Add in 1 tsp olive oil and place ground lamb into skillet Season with Salt and Pepper and cook lamb until there is no more pink While the lamb is cooking, add in rigatoni pasta and cook according to package When lamb is done cooking, turn to low heat and add Savory Provencal pasta sauce When pasta is done cooking, strain and add to skillet with lamb and pasta sauce Serve into two bowls and top with grated parmesan cheese Enjoy!
