Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch Savory Provencal Gourmet Pasta Sauce
- ½ lb ground lamb
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 8 oz Rigatoni pasta
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Fill a pot with water and heat to a boil
- Heat a large skillet to medium high heat
- Add in 1 tsp olive oil and place ground lamb into skillet
- Season with Salt and Pepper and cook lamb until there is no more pink
- While the lamb is cooking, add in rigatoni pasta and cook according to package
- When lamb is done cooking, turn to low heat and add Savory Provencal pasta sauce
- When pasta is done cooking, strain and add to skillet with lamb and pasta sauce
- Serve into two bowls and top with grated parmesan cheese
- Enjoy!
