Directions:

  1. Fill a large pot with water and a pinch of salt and put over medium heat to boil.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles with a spatula.
  3. Pour the entire pouch of savory Provencal pasta sauce into the skillet, stirring to combine. Let it simmer covered for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  4. Add in the fettuccine to the pot of boiling water to cook according the the package instructions, about 12 minutes
  5. Once the fettuccine is done cooking, drain and add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing it in the Savory Provencal Bolognese mixture until the pasta is well-coated.
  6. Plate the Bolognese Fettuccine onto two dishes. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley for a touch of herbal freshness.
  7. Finish your culinary masterpiece by generously grating Parmesan cheese over each serving. Allow the heat of the pasta to melt the cheese into a creamy perfection.
