Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef or bison
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg

1 pouch Le Sauce & Co. Savory Provencal Gourmet Pasta Sauce
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 container Simple Potatoes Mashed Potatoes
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ¼ cup Savory Provençal Sauce, Parmesan, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into a small loaf and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
- Spread a thin layer of additional Savory Provençal Sauce on top. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until cooked through (internal temp 160°F).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
- While the meatloaf is resting, heat up the mashed potatoes in the microwave according to the instructions
