In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ¼ cup Savory Provençal Sauce, Parmesan, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Form the mixture into a small loaf and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
Spread a thin layer of additional Savory Provençal Sauce on top. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until cooked through (internal temp 160°F).
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
