Turkey Pot Pie with Le Sauce & Co. Thanksgiving Turkey Gourmet Gravy (2 Servings)
Ingredients:

1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or diced

1 cup mixed vegetables (such as peas, carrots, and corn)

1 pouch Le Sauce & Co. Thanksgiving Turkey Gourmet Gravy

1/2 cup chicken or turkey broth

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 sheet of puff pastry or pie crust (store-bought)

1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a medium saucepan, combine the cooked turkey, mixed vegetables, Le Sauce & Co. Thanksgiving Turkey Gourmet Gravy, and chicken or turkey broth.

Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is warmed through and slightly thickened.

Stir in the dried thyme (if using) and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

Divide the turkey mixture evenly between two small oven-safe ramekins or pie dishes.

Roll out the puff pastry or pie crust on a lightly floured surface. Cut out two circles slightly larger than the ramekins to allow for crimping around the edges.

Place a pastry circle over each filled ramekin. Press the edges down to seal, and trim any excess pastry. Use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative finish. Cut a small slit in the center of each pie to allow steam to escape.

In a small bowl, beat the egg with a tablespoon of water. Brush the top of each pie with the egg wash to give them a golden, glossy finish when baked.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet to catch any overflow. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

Allow the pies to cool for a few minutes before serving. This helps the filling set and makes them easier to eat.
